- Attorney-at-law registered with the Warsaw Bar Association. Maksymilian studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Faculty of Law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder).
- In 2014 – 2024, he was a partner at GCS Legal Głowacki Sieklicki Sp.j. (formerly Głowacki Chilarski Sieklicki sp.k.). Before that he was an attorney-at-law at Dentons (formerly Salans) and Domański Zakrzewski Palinka, where he worked in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets teams, and on the German Desk.
- His practice focus is a broad range of corporate law issues, including M&A, venture capital, and private equity deals. Maksymilian has also worked on a range of financial transactions, such as corporate lending and securities issues.
- He also advises private clients and family businesses in issues relating to succession, wealth planning, and asset protection, by means such as family foundations established under Polish law and operating in other jurisdictions, while coordinating advice on law and tax issues and also assisting clients in issues relating to secure investment of assets.
- As a member of managing and supervisory bodies, he combines knowledge and know-how of a consultant with business practice.
- He provides advice in Polish, German, and English. He jointly manages the firm’s Warsaw office.
- After hours, his interests are history and geopolitical processes; he spends a lot of his free time doing climbing and other mountain sports.
