Aleksandra is a trainee attorney-at-law with the Warsaw Bar Association. She studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and completed a specialist course in Business Law, focusing on public and private commercial law and financial law.
Aleksandra studied for a BLC Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills, a course run jointly by the University of Cambridge and University of Warsaw.
Aleksandra advises the firm’s business clients, on issues including establishing commercial companies and transformation, acquisition, and merger procedures.
She is experienced in conducting legal due diligence. In her day-to-day practice, Aleksandra also deals with commercial, civil, and bankruptcy law issues.
She provides advice in Polish and English.
