- Representation in dealings with the Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), acting for and representing clients in KNF cases, in particular concerning licences for payment service providers.
- Drawing up notifications: we draw up notice and notifications for the KNF where required of payment institutions under currently applicable law.
- Drawing up contracts: we provide drafts for payment service contracts and agreement templates.
- Advising the banking sector: we advise on all aspects of banking sector and financial institution regulation.
- Assisting with registration procedures: support in dealings with regulatory bodies, including obtaining the necessary licences and decisions.
- KNF inspections: representation during inspections conducted by the KNF.
- Data protection systems: we advise on implementation of data protection, information security, and AML systems.
