Public procurement
- Advising on public tenders: a full range of services with respect to the tendering process, both for contracting authorities and contractors. Our services comprise selecting the correct type of procedure, drawing up and issuing opinions on the TToR, submitting queries regarding the specifications, and drawing up the relevant complaints.
- Advising on tender procedures: we produce clarifying materials for contractors and issue opinions and evaluate placed bids, in terms of eligibility according to formal requirements under public procurement law, or equally compliance with the tender description.
- Representation before appellate bodies: we issue opinions on rejection of bids, selection of the most favourable bid, and tender procedure nullification, and draw up complaints regarding those actions. We have a long track record in representing contracting authorities and contractors in cases before the National Appeals Chamber.
