Attorney-at-law registered with the Warsaw Bar Association. He studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
For more than a decade, he has advised on laws on payment services, commercial companies, commercial agreements, data protection, and implementation of policies to comply with AML/CFT rules.
In 2007-2010, he was a member of the Payment Services Working Group, part of the Financial Market Development Council, attached to the Ministry of Finance.
He gained his experience in legal teams in commercial companies, as a partner at law firms: Wicherkiewicz and Załuski, Wicherkiewicz Chilarski, and running his own practice.
He provides advice in Polish and English.
After hours: his interests are contemporary political doctrine, and mountain-biking and Cyclocross.
