• Attorney-at-Law registered with the Katowice Bar Association. Joanna studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
• Anna is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Katowice Business University, where her role includes assisting law students competing in moot court competitions, in particular the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
• Her practice focus is commercial litigation, representing clients in court litigation, ADR, and pre-trial negotiations.
• Joanna advises on industrial property law and provides corporate housekeeping, comprising services including drafting agreements and corporate documentation and reviewing company labour law rules.
